Full Cheese Ahead    Enjoy the Heat Wave

Restocked with the Tasty Cheeses, You Love.

Cheekey Monkey Muffuletta is Back by Popular Demand

New  Local Product

Beeswax  Wraps ...keep your cheeses fresh, for longer.  Local Bees Wax and a hint of Cocconut.     Larger sizes at lower prices.  2    13"X 15" sized for $14

I have added a few more to the Mix, too.

Mimolette

was originally made by the request of Louis XIV, who was looking for a native French product to replace the then very popular Edam. To make it distinct from Edam he seasoned it with annatto to give it a sweet and nutty flavor and a distinct orange colour. Beyond Cheddary Notes.

Very Wine Friendly

 Shropshire Blue

Image result for shropshire blue cheese The story goes, That back in 1965 one of Stilton's master cheese makers asked for permission to take the Stilton Blue culture to go make their  own  cheese.

Different milk, different part of the UK, different Masters touch.

Over 60 years later Shropshire has certainly come into it's own. Not Better than The King of Blues, just a wonderfully  rare flavour of it's own.

Never Trust the Cheese Guy...always Taste it.
